The theme for this year, ‘Evolv21,' forecasts India's growth story. It addresses India's dire need for alternatives at the intersection of food, material technology, innovation, food security,  bio-economy, and resource deployment.

A panel discussion between leading voices of the industry. Seaspiracy and Cowspiracy unravel the link between the present use of our land and water systems, and food security. The WHO estimates that 75 percent of new diseases discovered in the last decade have originated in animals (zoonosis). This panel highlights the relationship between biodiversity, the current world systems, and how a part of the solution may lie in moving towards a more plant-based diet.

Meat, poultry, and dairy analogues are becoming increasingly popular in India. But who are the end users of these products, and what do they want?
