Name Changes

• Name Changes can be made 1 month before the online conference – so if for any reason you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague. This can be done by contacting info@veganindiaconference.com

 

REFUNDS

• All tickets purchased for our virtual events such as Vegan India Conference Online 2021 are non-refundable.

TICKET USAGE

• By purchasing your ticket, you will receive a Community Pass, providing you access to all four virtual conference days (June 24, 25, 26, 27th).  This ticket type allows you to access all the sessions, including Keynotes. This ticket type does also allows you to access all session recordings on the conference platform.

• You agree that any of the talks or parallel sessions could be streamed online or shared on social media by  the organisers. This does not include any networking sessions or chat rooms.
